Avaloq Group in Switzerland is seeking an experienced Database Administrator (DBA) with strong Oracle expertise to oversee enterprise database environments and drive migrations. You will administer Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, and MongoDB, contributing to cloud migration projects and data modernization initiatives.

The role supports hybrid work and cross-functional teamwork with global stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience as a Database Administrator with emphasis on Oracle.
• Hands-on administration of Oracle Database in enterprise environments.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL or MongoDB.
• Proven data migration experience including cloud migrations.
• Strong backup/recovery knowledge, performance tuning, and security basics.
• Good Linux/Unix scripting and cross-stakeholder coordination.

Aufgaben

• Administer Oracle Database environments as the primary technology across environments.
• Support additional databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Plan and execute database migrations, including cloud-based strategies.
• Ensure high-availability, disaster recovery, and data integrity.
• Collaborate with infra, apps, and project teams; produce documentation.
