The role requires a quantitative degree and a strong track record in options trading, with a focus on data-driven decisions and risk management. Aids collaboration across teams, with US-hours coverage and occasional weekend work.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Finance, Math, Physics, CS or Engineering.
• Strong background in options trading.
• Proven track record of generating profits (PnL > $2m for 3+ years).
• Experience with quantitative trading and data analysis.
• Excellent analytical and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Aufgaben

• Develop, implement, and optimize options trading strategies across global markets.
• Analyze market data and leverage quantitative models to identify profitable opportunities.
• Monitor and manage risk exposures with adherence to risk management protocols.
• Collaborate with data scientists, quants, and traders to refine trading algorithms.
• Stay up-to-date on market trends, news, and events that affect options prices and volatility.
• Execute trades and manage positions to ensure liquidity and effective execution.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of trading systems and technologies.
• Willingness to cover US market hours (1pm-10pm UK) and some weekend coverage.
