G-20 Group in Zurich is seeking a Mid-Level FX Volatility Trader to manage and grow proprietary volatility strategies across G10 and EM currencies. You will generate and execute trading ideas, manage risk, and collaborate with quants, developers, and other traders to improve pricing, execution, and risk controls.

This role offers exposure to a fast-paced proprietary trading environment where technology and disciplined quantitative research drive performance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 4+ years trading FX options or FX volatility strategies.
• Strong understanding of FX options pricing, implied volatility and Greeks.
• Experience generating independent trading ideas with risk management.

Aufgaben

• Manage proprietary FX volatility portfolios across vanilla and structured options.
• Generate and execute discretionary and quantitative volatility trading strategies.
• Price, structure and execute FX options while actively managing Greeks and risk.
• Monitor implied and realised volatility, skew, term structure and correlations to identify opportunities.
• Develop quantitative tools and models to support pricing and volatility forecasting.
• Analyse market data to identify statistical relationships and inefficiencies in FX volatility markets.
• Collaborate with researchers and developers to improve pricing models and execution systems.
• Manage positions within defined risk limits and maintain P&L attribution.
• Evaluate strategy performance and propose improvements based on market conditions.
• Stay informed of central bank policy and macro events impacting FX volatility.
• Contribute to trading technology and research capabilities.
