Zusammenfassung

ITC Infotech is seeking an Onsite Support Engineer to maintain IT infrastructure across assigned locations, including imaging devices, troubleshooting, and coordinating with central IT teams.

The role requires 8-10 years of onsite services experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to guide junior team members while working independently in a manufacturing environment. An English-speaking candidate is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 8-10 yrs. experience in onsite services, preferably in manufacturing plants
• Excellent interpersonal skills across organisational layers
• Ability to guide junior team members and work independently
• Proficient in desktop and laptop installation and support (Windows & Apple)
• Experience configuring servers, storage, switches and basic security
• Local language and English proficiency

Aufgaben

• Imaging of new devices using Windows 10/11 builds
• Re-imaging decommissioned devices and devices from leavers
• Install and troubleshoot Apple devices
• Install drivers and troubleshoot connectivity to printers, scanners, and QA gauges
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and network teams to resolve site issues
• Remediate lost or stolen devices following client approval
• Register devices in Client Endpoint Management, ensure policy compliance
• Manage incidents and service requests escalated by ServiceDesk
• Own resolution of desktop/laptop issues not resolved by remote team
• Act as first point of contact for end users and escalate to Level 3 as needed
• Manage desktop encryption, anti-virus and other apps; follow up with device owners
• Troubleshoot desktop config issues to align with Client policies
• Support MS Surface Hubs/LogiTech Tap devices and meeting room AV equipment
• Provide on-site support for printers escalated by Managed Print Service Provider
