albedis in Basel seeks a Database Engineer to ensure operation, stability and ongoing development of its database platforms in a global environment. You will combine hands-on engineering with infrastructure optimization and automation to improve reliability and performance.

In this role you will support migrations, collaborate across IT teams and participate in on-call rotations. Fluency in English is required; German is an advantage, and a valid Swiss work permit or EU/EFTA citizenship is

Qualifikationen

• Several years of current experience in database operations and engineering.
• Strong expertise in relational database technologies, particularly Oracle and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with automation tools such as Ansible is beneficial.
