Jobtailor is seeking a senior C#.NET engineer to design, build, and maintain large-scale brokerage and voucher card systems, translating complex regulatory requirements including MiCAR into robust technical designs.

You will leverage AI coding tools, review AI-generated code for security and business-logic accuracy, and mentor peers while collaborating with product and compliance to meet EU standards.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional experience in C#.NET development.
• Experience with ASP.NET Core, .NET 9/10, and Blazor.
• Strong grasp of OOP and clean architecture principles.
• Experience designing and maintaining complex, business-critical systems.
• Solid understanding of SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar databases.
• Experience with REST API design.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure; AWS preferred.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
• Based in Austria or Switzerland; open to occasional travel between offices.

Aufgaben

• Design, build, and maintain C#.NET applications and services powering brokerage and voucher card systems.
• Translate complex business and regulatory requirements, including MiCAR, into technical designs.
• Use AI coding tools to accelerate development while owning code quality and architecture decisions.
• Review AI-generated code for correctness, security, and business-logic accuracy.
• Architect and maintain integrations with external partners, payment providers, and blockchain/crypto infrastructure.
• Identify performance bottlenecks, security risks, and scalability issues and design proactive solutions.
• Mentor developers on technical best practices and responsible AI-tool usage.
• Collaborate with product owners and compliance stakeholders to meet EU regulatory standards.
• Write clean, documented, testable code and champion engineering practices.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning.
