Publicis Sapient is seeking a senior Murex Architect to define and govern enterprise‑scale Murex architectures across large programs. You will drive architecture decisions, lead front‑to‑back transformation efforts, and align cross‑platform initiatives with enterprise strategy.

You will mentor senior teams, oversee CI/CD and DevOps modernization, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant solutions for global clients.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive hands‑on Murex experience with modules like MxML Exchange, Datamart, pre/post‑trade processing.
• Strong ability to translate complex requirements into robust architectures and governance structures.
• Experience leading large transformation programs and cloud modernization initiatives.

• Define and govern the overall Murex architecture landscape across programs and platforms.
• Drive architectural decisions and technology selection for client Murex implementations.
• Lead front‑to‑back transformation programs with distributed teams and ensure end‑to‑end delivery.
• Establish cross‑framework integration strategies and robust governance.
• Translate high‑level strategies into structured designs and guide implementation teams.
• Lead go‑live strategy and post‑go‑live stabilization frameworks.
• Define evolution of CI/CD architectures and DevOps practices for global teams.
• Promote automation, cloud capabilities, and advanced tooling for efficiency.
• Establish governance for risk identification and mitigation across Murex environments.
• Mentor senior technical teams and ensure architectural consistency across the organization.
