NTI AG LinMot & MagSpring is seeking a Senior Application & Sales Engineer specialized in motion control to drive technical sales and application support across the EMEA region. The role requires a strong engineering background in motion control, servo drives, and industrial automation, with experience in sales or managing key customer projects.

You will visit key customers for hands-on support, coach the sales team, and collaborate with R&D, product management and engineering to tailor

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field.
• 5+ years in control and drive technology and motion control.
• Strong knowledge of PLC systems, programming environments, and fieldbus.
• Experience in a role involving business development, sales, or product management with market understanding in automation.
• Fluent in English; German and French are a plus.
• Willingness to travel 30–40% within EMEA.

Aufgaben

• Drive market development in industrial linear motors across EMEA as part of a cross-border team.
• Provide hands-on technical support to customers on direct drive and motion control solutions.
• Coach and support internal sales teams on automation technology for major opportunities.
• Collaborate with Application Engineering, Sales, Product Management and R&D to improve tools and offerings.
• Identify technical requirements and design tailored application solutions aligned with the portfolio.
