Qualifikationen

• 4–8 years of product management experience across digital platforms and apps.
• Experience owning roadmaps, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment for complex platforms.
• Experience partnering with engineering, design, and analytics teams.
• Proficient with Jira/Confluence, and analytics tools like Amplitude or BI platforms.

• Own prioritization and roadmap for platform capabilities and value streams.
• Translate business needs into product direction, requirements, and sequencing.
• Lead planning sessions aligning priorities, timelines, and stakeholders.
• Partner with engineering and cross‑functional teams to define solutions and drive delivery.
• Act as primary product partner across data, platform, and compliance initiatives.
• Define requirements and document epics, specs, flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and ensure value delivery.
• Support end‑to‑end product delivery, manage risks and dependencies.
• Lead go‑to‑market activation and enablement across international markets.
• Communicate roadmaps and decisions to executives and teams.
