Bühler Group in Switzerland seeks a Senior Process Engineer Innovation Wheat & Rye to drive future-focused milling solutions from concept through to successful implementation.

You will lead the integration of process technology, machinery, automation and digitalization, providing technical leadership to Sales, Quotation, Fulfillment and R&D teams while traveling internationally up to 30% to deliver value for customer projects.

Qualifications

• Milling expertise with relevant diploma and extensive experience in milling operations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Familiarity with Bühler equipment and control systems; proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement future-focused process solutions from concept to deployment.
• Lead integration of process technology, machinery, automation and digitalization to deliver milling solutions.
• Provide technical leadership to Sales, Quotation, Fulfillment and R&D; train and coach teams.
