SR Technics Group, a leading Engine MRO service provider based in Zurich, is hiring a Process Engineer. In this role, you will industrialize and optimize engine part machining repair processes, ensuring compliance with OEM standards.
Your responsibilities include defining machining processes, continuous improvement initiatives, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical engineering degree and experience in NC/CNC operations, with proficiency in English; German is beneficial.

We are currently looking for dedicated and skilled individuals to join our Engineering teams at Zurich Airport and Bad Zurzach. As a Process Engineer you will industrialize and continuously optimize engine piece part machining repair processes in accordance with OEM prerequisites. You will be responsible for all Special Processes, peening and machining processes such grinding, milling, and turning. You will lead industrialization of processes and equipment in close collaboration with Shop Floor Operations. You will collaborate integrally with our Operations, Process Engineering, Tool and Equipment Engineering, Shop Engineering, Machine Maintenance, and external vendors.
