Bally Capital Advisors S.A. in Saint-Prex is seeking an experienced Middle Office Specialist to support investment decisions, monitor client portfolios and handle administration for accounts and custodians.

You will work closely with Relationship Managers, assist with client requests and reporting, and support FINMA regulatory preparation and audits. The role requires a strong background in asset management, portfolio monitoring and KYC/AML processes, with fluent English and French being a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in finance, asset management or private banking.
• Deep understanding of financial markets and portfolio management.
• Experience with client accounts, custodian banks and KYC/AML processes.

Aufgaben

• Support implementation and follow-up of investment decisions and trade checks.
• Monitor client portfolios daily: positions, cash, limits, performance.
• Ensure compliance with client mandates and risk profiles.
• Calculate and check management and performance fees; support invoicing.
• Prepare periodic client reports and performance reviews.
• Handle admin tasks for client accounts and custodians.
• Assist Relationship Managers with reporting and meetings.
• Support FINMA regulatory preparation and audits.
• Maintain internal controls and documentation; drive process improvements.
• Supervise junior staff and interns.
