Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a hands-on Cloud Systems Engineer to lead design, administration, security, and improvement of the Microsoft cloud workplace. You will own Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Purview in a global, fast-growing biopharmaceutical environment.

Reporting to the IT Infrastructure leadership, you will drive automation with PowerShell, implement IAM controls, manage endpoints, and collaborate across cybersecurity, compliance, and external providers to maintain security and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years in Microsoft 365 engineering or cloud infrastructure.
Hands-on with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune.
Experience with endpoint security, MDM, and IAM solutions.
Scripting and automation with PowerShell.
Experience in regulated industries and cloud environments is a plus.
Microsoft certifications preferred (MS-102, SC-300, AZ-104, SC-401).

Responsibilities

Design, administer, secure, and improve Microsoft cloud workplace ecosystem.
Own Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune, Purview.
Implement IAM controls: CA, MFA, PIM, and identity governance.
Lead deployment, migration, integration, and user adoption.
Automate tasks with PowerShell and Graph.
Provide Level 2/3 support for cloud services.
Collaborate with cybersecurity, compliance, legal, and external providers.
Develop technical docs and governance standards.
Support cybersecurity initiatives and business continuity.
