MSD Switzerland is seeking a Senior MES Engineer at the Schachen site to implement and support MES (PAS‑X) solutions, coordinate master data and batch records, and drive continuous improvement. You will work across automation and process teams to ensure validated, compliant MES operations that enable efficient biotech production.

The role requires hands-on PAS‑X experience, GAMP 5 knowledge, and strong problem solving in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science or equivalent practical experience, with 5+ years in MES.
• At least 3 years in Automation or Engineering for biologics, pharma, or medical devices.
• Experience with validation/SDLC and change control (GAMP 5).
• Hands-on PAS-X experience including Master Recipe, GMBR/MBR, data handling.

Aufgaben

• Own and optimize MES implementation and support across sites.
• Coordinate PAS-X recipes, GMBR/MBR design, and data flows.
• Collaborate to ensure validated, compliant MES solutions and smooth tech transfers.
• Lead change controls and ensure timely, compliant documentation.
• Provide technical MES expertise and support audits and inspections.
