Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–3 years in MES area; PAS-X experience is a strong advantage.
• Awareness of computer validation/SDLC (GAMP 5) required.
• Hands-on MES GMBR configuration, testing, and execution support.
• Knowledge of MES integration concepts (DeltaV, SAP) is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills (B2/C1).

Aufgaben

• Configure, build, and maintain MES (PAS-X) GMBRs and recipes per design standards.
• Execute tests, verify and document activities for GMBR releases and changes.
• Provide day-to-day MES (PAS-X) support to manufacturing operations and troubleshoot EBR issues.
• Support investigations and deviations by identifying MES/automation problems.
• Prepare Change Controls and ensure timely closure per quality standards.
• Maintain MES administration to keep automation systems validated.
• Integrate PAS-X with DeltaV and SAP interfaces under guidance of senior engineers.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of MES workflows and SOPs.
• Deliver MES trainings and ensure SDLC-compliant documentation.
• Support Tech Transfer of process technologies from early-stage facilities.
