Zusammenfassung

Michael Page is recruiting an MES Automation Specialist for a 12-month, 100% onsite assignment near Lucerne, with extension option. The role focuses on configuring PAS-X GMBRs, performing changes, and ensuring validated MES operations in a biotech/pharma setting.

You will support SAP/DeltaV integrations, drive process improvements, and develop end-user training materials while adhering to SDLC and GAMP 5 guidelines.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent with 2–3+ years in MES; PAS-X experience preferred.
• 2–4 years of Automation or Engineering experience in Biologics, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, or Food industries.
• Knowledge of computer validation, SDLC, and change control practices (e.g., GAMP 5).
• Experience configuring, testing, and supporting MES GMBRs; PAS-X experience advantageous.
• Understanding MES integrations with automation systems (DeltaV) and SAP.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Business fluent English.

Aufgaben

• Configuring, building, and maintaining PAS-X GMBRs and recipes per design standards and site requirements.
• Executing testing, verification, and documentation for GMBR releases and system changes.
• Supporting daily PAS-X operations, troubleshooting recipe execution and EBR issues.
• Supporting investigations and deviations by identifying and resolving MES/automation issues.
• Preparing and executing Change Controls, ensuring timely and compliant closure.
• Supporting MES administration and maintenance to maintain validated automation systems.
• Supporting PAS-X integrations with DeltaV, SAP, and related systems.
• Driving continuous improvement of business processes and MES workflows.
• Developing SOPs, training materials, and delivering MES end-user training.
• Ensuring SDLC-compliant documentation.
• Supporting MES-related Tech Transfer activities.
• Performing additional duties assigned by the MES Lead.
