Sisk Group is seeking a Senior MEP Manager to lead mechanical, electrical and plumbing delivery on large or complex construction projects. You will ensure compliance with standards, client specs and regulatory requirements while driving efficiency, quality and sustainability.

Reporting to Building Services Director, you will mentor junior staff, provide technical leadership, and collaborate with clients, consultants and supply chain to improve delivery performance.

Formación

• Extensive experience managing MEP delivery on construction projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead MEP delivery on large or complex projects, meeting quality, programme and cost objectives.
• Review and approve MEP design, installation and commissioning plans.
• Serve as senior contact for clients, consultants and subcontractors on MEP matters.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, ISO standards and company procedures.
• Promote adoption of digital tools, BIM and advanced MEP technologies.
