Eulitha, a Swiss deep tech company in Würenlos, seeks a Senior Mechanical Engineer – R&D to lead mechanical development of lithographic equipment. You will collaborate with R&D and production teams to ensure designs meet performance, reliability, and manufacturability goals.

You will oversee design from concept through production, work with electrical, software, and science colleagues, and drive continuous improvement in design processes for precision lithography systems.

Qualifikationen

• PhD/MEng or equivalent in engineering required or strongly preferred.
• At least five to ten years’ experience in mechanical engineering with design/development of precision equipment.
• Proficiency with technical drawings and advanced drawing software.

Aufgaben

• Design and develop precision mechanical components and systems for lithographic equipment in close collaboration with R&D and production teams.
• Contribute to the full product development lifecycle from concept to production and testing.
• Collaborate with electrical, software, and science teams to integrate mechanical systems seamlessly.
• Identify opportunities for design process improvements and tool updates.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute complex engineering projects within timelines and budgets.
• Implement rigorous quality control, including tolerance analysis for high-precision requirements.
