STACK Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer (AE) in the EMEA region to provide technical leadership for mechanical and cooling infrastructure across its data centre portfolio. You will act as the Authorising Engineer for Mechanical Safety Rules, shaping design, commissioning, operation and maintenance across multiple European markets.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience with mission-critical mechanical and cooling infrastructure, preferably in data centres.
• Experience reviewing and supporting the design of mechanical systems.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical leadership on mechanical and cooling systems across the EMEA portfolio.
• Develop and maintain mechanical engineering standards and resilience strategies.
• Support modelling, performance analysis and validation of mechanical systems.
• Review design, submissions and commissioning activities for compliance with requirements.
• Support commissioning, acceptance and handover for new facilities and upgrades.
• Define operational acceptance criteria and testing standards for live operations.
• Serve as the Authorising Engineer for Mechanical Safety Rules and governance.
• Support asset lifecycle planning, reliability initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Conduct technical assurance reviews and site audits to improve safety and performance.
• Provide escalation support during major incidents and root-cause analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve cooling performance and water usage.
• Oversee vendors, contractors and service providers for quality.
