Job summary

Axpo Solutions AG invites a Senior Market Risk Analyst to join the risk management team in Baden (AG). You will focus on analyzing market risk and P&L, ensuring robust risk controls, and contributing to IFRS reporting. A strong quantitative background and experience with energy markets are essential.

You will interact with front units, management and auditors, developing risk analytics and BI reporting frameworks while providing clear communications in English (German a plus).

Qualifications

• University degree in finance/economics or related quantitative field

Responsibilities

• Perform daily analysis of market risk KPIs and reporting with focus on Prop Trading
• Analyze trading portfolios on their risk profile and discuss with front, management and other risk teams
• Collaborate with Front Office on markets and strategies
• Develop the company’s framework of risk analytics and BI/reporting
• Conduct in-depth analyses on topics requested by senior management and auditors
