Job summary

Kendris AG is seeking a Senior Consultant or Mandate Head for the International Wealth Solutions / Private Clients division in Switzerland. You will coordinate complex trust structures, oversee client mandates, and support senior leadership in client relationships and business development.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple jurisdictions with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience in administration of companies, trusts and foundations.
• Experience in compliance, payments, documentation, and financial reporting.
• Strong ability to coordinate internal/external specialists across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and coordinate assigned client mandates within IWS/Private Clients.
• Plan and allocate tasks across entities and jurisdictions while balancing priorities.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure high-quality client-focused service delivery.
• Coordinate administration of companies, trusts and foundations, including contracts and filings.
• Support client relationship management and business development.
• Provide guidance to team members and improve workflows.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business administration

Law degree

Diploma in International Trust Management (ITM)
