• Strong understanding of complex trust structures across jurisdictions
• Excellent organisational and planning skills with ability to manage multiple mandates

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and coordinate client mandates, including complex structures
• Plan tasks across entities and jurisdictions, balancing priorities
• Monitor deadlines to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Coordinate administration of companies, trusts and foundations, including contracts and filings
• Support client relationship management and business development
• Provide guidance to team members and improve workflows
