Qualifikationen

• Public Accounting experience a plus
• MSc/MBA is a plus

• Collaborate across service lines to deliver integrated solutions and maximize client value

As a Senior Manager, CFO-Level Consultant, you will serve as a strategic financial leader and trusted advisor to healthcare executives and boards, providing guidance on organizational strategy, financial sustainability, growth initiatives, compliance, and operational performance while leading high-impact engagements for federally qualified health centers and other community healthcare organizations.

You will oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, revenue cycle performance, funding strategies, and organizational transformation initiatives, partnering with executive leadership teams to solve complex challenges, build financial resilience, and achieve mission-driven objectives. Our consultants gain exposure to diverse healthcare environments, develop meaningful executive-level relationships, and deliver innovative solutions that create measurable impact for organizations and the communities they serve.

Key Responsibilities
