Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Senior Life Sciences Transformation & Digital Manufacturing Architect to drive digital transformation for pharma and biotech clients. You will connect business strategy with manufacturing operations, quality, data and technology to shape transformation roadmaps in regulated environments.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Digital Transformation, Consulting or related industries.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical operations, manufacturing processes, technology transfer and regulated GxP environments.
• Experience leading business transformation initiatives and engaging with senior client stakeholders.
• Good understanding of digital manufacturing ecosystems including MES, LIMS, Automation, Historian, Data Platforms or related technologies.
• Exposure to Data, AI, Knowledge Management, Digital Thread or advanced analytics initiatives.
• Proven ability to translate complex business challenges into structured transformation roadmaps and technology-enabled solutions.
• Experience contributing to strategic pursuits, proposals, RFPs or pre-sales activities.
• Excellent facilitation, communication and storytelling skills.
• Strong analytical mindset combined with pragmatic problem-solving capabilities.
• Native German speaker with excellent English communication skills.

YOUR ROLE

As a Senior Life Sciences Transformation & Digital Manufacturing Architect, you will help pharmaceutical and biotech organisations accelerate their digital transformation journey by connecting business strategy, manufacturing operations, quality, data and technology into actionable transformation programmes.

Your Skills And Experience
