Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Marketing Solution Engineer Specialist to join our team in Dublin, supporting SMB customers. This role blends digital marketing strategy with technology, crafting data-driven customer experiences across the Agentforce Marketing stack and Marketing Cloud Next.

You will lead complex technical engagements, build executive-level presentations, and shape long-term roadmaps in a regulated industry, traveling regionally and occasionally internationally.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in Switzerland and hold a Swiss work permit where required.
• 8+ years of enterprise architecture or technical consulting experience.
• 4+ years leading Salesforce implementation projects.
• Experience delivering technology solutions for Life Sciences or regulated industries.
• Strong Salesforce design skills with data modelling, integration, identity, security and scalability.
• Hands‑on configuration and development in Salesforce, including customisation and OO languages.
• Experience with APIs, enterprise integration, data migration, and connected apps.
• Ability to work in regulated environments and collaborate on privacy and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Define problems, generate ideas, identify opportunities, and recommend actionable steps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and tech teams to design solutions and roadmaps.
• Demonstrate Agentforce Marketing and Data360 with compelling demos and rapid prototypes.
• Develop future-state journey strategies and technology roadmaps with stakeholders.
