BeOne Medicines in Basel, Switzerland, seeks an experienced Senior Legal Specialist to join the Legal & Compliance team. You will help negotiate and manage contracts, draft and review legal documents, and support the corporate secretariat across Europe, APAC and New Markets.

You will train colleagues, create templates, maintain contract repositories, and provide practical legal guidance to internal clients while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders globally.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of experience handling contracts, preferably in biopharma.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work across time zones.

Aufgaben

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements with sound judgment and minimal supervision.
• Collaborate on creating/modifying contract templates for self-service contracting.
• Maintain updated templates with regulations and company policies; ensure accurate contract repository.
