Roche in Basel is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel – Global TechOps & Pharma Quality to provide proactive legal support to the Pharma Technical Operations organization, ensuring medicines are manufactured and delivered safely to patients globally.

You will partner with the PT Global Head of Quality and Regulatory to guide quality governance, regulatory compliance, inspections, and external counsel management, driving legal excellence across multinational teams.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified attorney-at-law in at least one European jurisdiction.
• 7+ years of cGMP/manufacturing legal support in pharma/biotech.
• Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate highly technical information into actionable legal advice (English).

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic legal guidance on quality governance and regulatory compliance.
• Advise on EMA, FDA, Swissmedic and global manufacturing requirements.
• Support inspections, audits and investigations to protect product integrity.
• Manage quality events, deviations, notifications, and field actions.
• Coordinate external counsel for specialized operations and regulatory matters.
