A leading university in Switzerland is seeking a Senior Lectureship in Management/Business Administration. The role involves delivering large-scale lectures and coordinating business education for Bachelor's students. Candidates must have a doctoral degree and a strong research and teaching background, with the ability to teach in both German and English. The University of St.Gallen and its School of Management are inviting applications for a Senior Lectureship in the field of Management/Business Administration. The triple accredited (EQUIS, AACSB, AMBA) university offers a stimulating and well‑equipped research environment with a large network ranging from start‑ups, small businesses to large firms to engage in field studies.
We are seeking a colleague with a proven expertise in management and a strong commitment to the development and coordination of business education, in particular the large‑scale courses in our bachelor's program. Emphasis should be placed on one or more of the following aspects: design and implementation of innovative digital solutions, coordination of complex teaching settings, and the integration of research‑based insights into education.
German and English. It is expected that candidates are able to teach in one language immediately and in the other within two years.
