Lonza is seeking an Associate Director Manufacturing Bioconjugates for our Visp site in Switzerland. The role leads a new production line for commercial production, overseeing quality, output and safety with direct involvement in the Bioconjugate Manufacturing Leadership Team IBEX.

This is a site-based role requiring close collaboration and technical precision to manufacture medicines to the highest standards. Relocation support is available if needed.

Qualifikationen

• Leadership experience in manufacturing, preferably in biotechnology.
• Clear and persuasive communication in English with stakeholders.
• Understanding of finance and HR processes.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary manufacturing organization of managers, specialists and engineers.
• Ensure production campaigns meet safety, quality and environmental guidelines.
• Manage personnel matters including qualification, development, recruitment and performance.
