Lonza is seeking an Associate Director of Manufacturing Bioconjugates for the Visp site in Switzerland. The role leads a multidisciplinary manufacturing team, ensuring production campaigns run safely and in full compliance with quality standards, while coordinating with the IBEX leadership team.

The position focuses on site-based operations to enable scalable bioconjugate production, with emphasis on manufacturing performance, people management, and continuous improvement.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary manufacturing organization
• Ensure production campaigns meet safety, quality and environmental guidelines
• Oversee personnel matters including qualification, development, recruitment and compensation
• Serve on the Manufacturing Leadership Team IBEX
• Act as SME for production planning (S&OP), evaluations, and feasibility studies
• Ensure regular performance monitoring with reports and dashboards
• Lead or participate in CAPEX projects
