Accès Personnel is seeking a Juriste (Legal Professional) to act as a reference legal partner for the management and various entities within a group based in Geneva, Switzerland. The role involves transversal support on legal, regulatory, and compliance issues to strengthen operational security and risk management.

Requirements include a Swiss law degree and at least 10 years in a generalist legal function, with strong Swiss labor, commercial law, social insurance, and data protection expertise.

Qualifications

• University degree in Swiss law (Bachelor or Master) required.
• At least 10 years of confirmed experience in a generalist legal function.
• Strong competencies in Swiss labor, commercial law, social insurance, and data protection.
• Excellent drafting skills and an analytical mind.
• Fluency in French and German.
• Proficiency in common office tools and interest in digital/AI solutions for legal functions.
• Sense of responsibility, discretion, autonomy and pragmatism.

Responsabilités

• Provide transversal legal, regulatory and compliance support for management and entities.
• Support on Swiss labor law and social insurance matters.
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts and oversee contract matters.
• Manage insurance coverage and claims; ensure data protection compliance.
• Advise on legal issues and participate in investment/partnership operations.
• Oversee governance documentation and legal secretariat; manage disputes.
