Swisslinx AG, on behalf of a leading Swiss financial institution, seeks a Senior Java Engineer to join a hybrid team developing a strategic client-data platform. You will design, implement and maintain enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot, building scalable microservices for global operations.

The role emphasizes event-driven architectures with Kafka, cloud-native development on Azure, Kubernetes deployments and strong testing and CI/CD practices.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive professional Java development experience with core Java and enterprise apps.
• Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot and concurrent/multithreaded programming.
• Experience designing scalable, highly available or mission-critical systems.
• Experience with microservices, distributed-systems, and event-driven architecture.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop and maintain enterprise apps using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build scalable microservices and distributed systems.
• Develop event-driven services with Apache Kafka.
• Contribute to solution design, architecture, and code reviews.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and containerised deployments with Kubernetes.
