Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience building enterprise applications with Java and Spring.
• Proven ability to design and maintain backend systems with data modeling and SQL.
• Strong ownership, collaboration, and ability to communicate in Italian and English.

• Design, build, test, and operate backend services that support payments, invoicing, ledger flows, and data consistency.
• Shape technical direction within your domain, balancing reliability, maintainability, and delivery speed.
• Decompose the monolithic platform into clearer domain-oriented services.
• Improve architecture, observability, APIs, and automated testing to reduce operational complexity.
• Use production data and signals to identify risks and drive improvements with the team.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and architectural discussions.
