You will work with investment advisors, credit specialists, wealth planners and product teams to deliver value, ensure robust KYC, and align pricing with HSBC

Qualifikationen

• Proven relationship management experience in the private banking sector or investment banking.
• Proven track record in asset gathering and revenue growth.
• Excellent commercial and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in Italian and English.

Aufgaben

• Grow revenues and increase AUM and Net New Money (NNM).
• Drive revenue targets and client satisfaction with product alignment.
• Coordinate origination and execution of Global Private Bank products/services.
• Collaborate with investment advisors, credit specialists, wealth planners and product specialists.
• Maintain KYC quality and strong risk management.
• Ensure pricing is aligned with HSBC value proposition.
• Identify liquidity events and financing opportunities with client advisors.
• Grow HSBC's share of client wallet across product lines.
• Lead by example with financial results and uphold internal controls and audits.
