The bank ACL Partners is expanding its international private banking teams across multiple market desks to serve HNW and UHNW clients with discretionary and advisory mandates, Lombard and structured lending, and cross-border wealth structuring.

We seek experienced Relationship Managers with a track record of net new money generation and client book transfer, fluent in the covered market language and English, to build lasting client relationships and drive market development.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years as a Relationship Manager or Private Banker within a Swiss or international private bank
• A transferable client book of CHF 100m+ (or currency equivalent), with a demonstrable track record of net new money generation
• Coverage of one of the following markets: Iberia, Nordics, Italy, Benelux, CEE, LatAm or Middle East
• Native or fluent in the language of your covered market, plus professional English

• Client Acquisition & Book Development: Grow and develop your own client portfolio through direct origination, referrals and network expansion within your covered market.
• Advisory & Portfolio Management: Deliver tailored investment solutions across discretionary, advisory and execution-only mandates, working alongside investment specialists and product teams.
• Wealth Structuring & Lending: Coordinate cross-border structuring, succession and Lombard lending solutions with internal specialists and external advisors.
• Risk & Regulatory: Maintain full compliance with cross-border rules, KYC/AML standards and suitability requirements across all client relationships.
• Market Development: Represent the bank within your market, building institutional and intermediary relationships that support long-term asset growth.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years as a Relationship Manager or Private Banker within a Swiss or international private bank.
• A transferable client book of CHF 100m+ (or currency equivalent), with a demonstrable track record of net new money generation.
• Coverage of one of the following markets: Iberia, Nordics, Italy, Benelux, CEE, LatAm or Middle East.
• Native or fluent in the language of your covered market, plus professional English.
• CWMA, SAQ or equivalent certification advantageous; existing Swiss cross-border training preferred.
