Job summary
United Machining is seeking a senior IT leader to drive strategic projects across infrastructure, cloud, and digital workplace technologies. You will oversee large-scale migrations, cybersecurity initiatives, and a major IT carve-out to establish a standalone IT environment globally.
The role requires 15+ years in enterprise IT with 5+ years leading international programs, strong stakeholder and vendor management, and fluency in English and French.
Qualifications

- 15+ years in enterprise IT environments with at least 5 years leading international IT projects.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale IT transformation, migration, integration, or carve-out projects.
- Strong PM, stakeholder, risk and vendor management skills.

- Drive transformation initiatives including Microsoft 365 modernization, Azure adoption, cloud migrations, and global deployments.

- Manage projects end-to-end: scope, budget, planning, resources, risks, vendors, and stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate international teams and external partners across multiple countries.
- Lead change management and user adoption activities for successful outcomes.
- Contribute to the Group's IT transformation roadmap with standardization and modernization.

- Proven experience delivering large-scale IT transformation, migration, integration, or carve-out projects.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, risk management, and vendor management skills.
- Good understanding of infrastructure, cloud, and hybrid environments, with hands‑on exposure to Microsoft technologies.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Exchange Online.
- Familiarity with enterprise applications and business processes in an international environment.
- Fluent in English and French; German is an asset.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, multicultural environment and engaging with both technical and business stakeholders.
