Job summary

ELCASecurity seeks an experienced Business Analyst to own client applications from needs to production-ready solutions. You will dialog with developers, architects and decision-makers, guiding the requirements lifecycle and delivering user stories in an agile setting.

Proficiency in French and English is required, with a strong emphasis on AI-assisted analysis and an interest in agentic engineering. You will also lead a maintenance project and coordinate efforts with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or business administration or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years as business analyst/requirements engineer in IT, preferably Java/SE.
• Strong communication and leadership with stakeholders across roles.
• Ability to communicate in French and English, in tender/marketing contexts.
• Experience with AI-assisted business analysis and interest in agentic engineering.

Responsibilities

• Take functional ownership of clients' critical applications from requirements to production-ready solution.
• Understand system architecture and speak with developers, architects and decision makers as equals.
• Lead the full requirements lifecycle with business and technical stakeholders.
• Identify and analyze business requirements and document as user stories using agile methods.
• Evaluate AI tools and methods in client projects and assess potential and risks.
• Identify project risks early, define mitigation measures and communicate them clearly.
• Run system tests to ensure solution quality.
• Lead a maintenance project and coordinate work with the client.
