Qualifications
- 5+ years in Business Analysis or Requirements Engineering in a tech-enabled environment (Consulting is a strong plus).
- Solid grasp of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban/SAFe); certification is a plus (CSPO/PSPO).
- Strong communication skills to simplify complex concepts for business stakeholders and vice versa.
- Analytical ability to run workshops and gather requirements at a detailed level while engaging stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Clarify the Vision and understand the problem to identify appropriate solutions.
- Lead elicitation, analysis, and documentation of requirements for AI and data projects.
- Model processes and data using BPMN and AS-IS/TO-BE analyses.
- Bridge business stakeholders and data scientists/engineers to ensure alignment.
- Define solution designs with Tech Leads and Architects balancing cost and benefit.
- Perform exploratory data analysis and assess data quality.
