Job summary

Laurastar SA is seeking a Senior Accountant to own the German entity accounting, tax and statutory compliance. You will actively supportSwiss and Group closings, participate in finance transformation, and coordinate with external auditors to ensure accurate financial reporting.

The role requires experience with multi-currency entities, ERP systems, and strong Excel skills, with fluency in German, English and French. Occasional travel within Europe is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in international multi-entity accounting.
• Experience with VAT and Intrastat reporting.
• Proficient with ERP systems (Oracle/SAP).
• Fluent German, French and English.
• Detail-oriented, deadlines and compliance-focused.

Responsibilities

• Own accounting, tax and statutory compliance for Laurastar Deutschland.
• Manage full accounting cycle for Germany and related entities.
• Prepare VAT and Intrastat returns with external advisors.
• Record payroll journals and monthly reconciliations.
• Coordinate external audits for Switzerland and Germany.
• Support Swiss accounting and Group closings.
