Job summary

Swiss Himmel GmbH is seeking a Senior QA Engineer / Test Specialist for IAM & PAM to advance identity and access management modernization in the Swiss banking sector.

The candidate will lead end-to-end QA, create test strategies, and ensure regulatory compliance through thorough testing and documentation. Strong experience in AD/LDAP testing, security controls, and collaboration with IT security and risk teams is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in QA engineering or test management within Banking/Financial Services.
• Hands-on IAM/PAM and Password Vaulting testing experience.
• Strong test planning, execution, and defect management capabilities.
• Experience with UAT coordination and regulatory compliance testing.

Responsibilities

• Act as QA SME for IAM, PAM, and Password Vaulting in Swiss banking environments.
• Own end-to-end QA activities: test strategy, planning, execution, defect lifecycle.
• Design and execute test cases for IAM/CAM, Security Provisioning, AD, and LDAP.
• Test Break-Glass, Temporary Privileged Access, and Session Management controls.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and security testing of access-control systems.
• Manage defects and prepare test summaries and quality reports.
• Maintain traceability from requirements through to test results and defects.
• Coordinate UAT with business, compliance, security, and technology stakeholders.
• Define UAT entry/exit criteria and obtain formal sign-off.
