Job summary

Deloitte AG in Switzerland seeks an experienced IAM professional to shape and deliver attack-focused identity and access management programs in a 80-100% capacity across Zurich and Geneva.

You will design enterprise IAM architectures, advise senior leaders on governance and risk, and guide end-to-end implementations while maintaining strong client relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise IAM solutions and roadmaps.
• Advisory and client-facing IAM experience.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR, ISO 27001 and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect enterprise IAM solutions aligned with business objectives and security frameworks.
• Lead end-to-end IAM projects from discovery to deployment.
• Oversee integration of identity platforms (SSO, MFA, PAM, IGA) with cloud and on-prem systems.
• Manage client relationships and drive business development in IAM.
