THEMA Consulting | MasterFinance for Treasury & Risk in Lugano, Switzerland seeks a Senior System Engineer to take over an important role in designing, operating and improving a hybrid IT infrastructure supporting internal services and the MasterFinance platform deployed at customer sites.

You will join a skilled ICT team responsible for the ongoing modernization of infrastructure, virtualization, cloud services and documentation to ensure high availability and security.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years as a System Engineer in small to mid-sized teams.
• Strong Windows Server administration and enterprise infra management.
• Experience with Hyper-V or VMware virtualization.
• Fluent Italian and English.

Aufgaben

• Manage Windows Server and Linux infrastructures.
• Manage virtualization platforms (Hyper-V).
• Administer Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID and endpoint management solutions.
• Manage and support cloud services (Microsoft Azure / AWS).
• Manage backup, disaster recovery and business continuity solutions.
• Participate in infrastructure hardening and vulnerability remediation.
• Participate in infrastructure modernization initiatives and technology improvement projects.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
