Capgemini Invent Switzerland is seeking a Senior Consultant in Workforce & Organization to shape and deliver HR strategy and transformation initiatives. You will prepare, design and implement business and IT strategies affecting organizational structures and culture.

The role requires 3+ years in digital transformation, HR experience, and strong English/German communication. Hybrid work is offered with opportunities across client sites and Capgemini offices.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Economics, Social Sciences or IT.
• Minimum 3 years’ practical project experience in digital transformation.
• Experience in HR environments and HR strategy & processes.
• Strong ability to link business, strategy and IT.
