Capgemini Invent Switzerland seeks a Senior Consultant in Workforce & Organization to shape and deliver HR strategy and transformation initiatives. You will design and implement business and IT strategies impacting organizational structures and culture, working across client sites, Capgemini offices, and remote environments.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree from a recognized University in Economics, Social Sciences, or Information Technology.
• At least 3 years of practical project experience in digital transformation in at least one of the following industries: Insurance, Consumer Goods and Retail, Manufacturing or Life Science.
• Practical experience in project management (minimum partial) in HR environments, with knowledge of HR strategy, organization, processes.
• Structured reliable work style with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and German at C1 level.
• Very good MS Office skills.

Aufgaben

• Shaping and delivering HR strategy and transformation initiatives for clients.
• Prepare, design, and implement business and IT strategies affecting structures, ways of working, and culture.
• Support and manage HR and HR IT transformation programs in national and international contexts.
• Design HR operating models and cloud HR transformation roadmaps.
• Plan and deliver training measures to enable change adoption.
• Link processes between business, strategy, and IT to ensure cohesive transformation.
