Tertianum invites you to join as Senior HR Controller at our Corporate Service Center in Dübendorf. You will strengthen HR controlling as a central partner between HR, Finance and Operations, focusing on transparency and data-driven decisions.

You bring a university degree in business/finance, strong analytical skills, and proven experience with HR systems and Excel. You’ll analyze FTE, headcount, costs, and help steer budgeting and forecasting.

Qualifications

• University degree in business administration, finance, controlling, HR management or comparable qualification.
• Significant experience in controlling, ideally HR controlling.
• Strong understanding of personnel cost structures, budgeting and forecasting.
• Excellent Excel skills and ability to handle large data volumes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR reporting and analyze FTE, headcount, and personnel costs.
• Participate in monthly closings, forecasts, and budgeting processes.

To strengthen our team at our Corporate Service Center in Dübendorf, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an analytically strong personality to further develop HR controlling as a central management and sparring partner function between HR, Finance and Operations.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for HR reporting as well as the analysis of FTE, headcount, personnel costs, social security and other relevant HR key figures.
• Participation in monthly closings, forecasts, budgeting processes as well as management and board reporting.
• Analysis and commentary on deviations as well as identification of risks and need for action.
• Preparation of meaningful decision-making bases for management, HR and finance.
• Further development of HR key figures, reporting standards and data models.
• Ensuring high data quality and a consistent data basis across HR, payroll and financial systems.
• Conducting productivity, personnel and resource analyses and deriving recommendations for action.
• Responsibility for transparency and control around position planning, resource planning and personnel costs.
• Active sparring partner role for CFO, CHRO, FP&A, business controlling, regional management, executive management and operational units on HR and personnel cost issues.

Your profile

• University degree in business administration, finance, controlling, HR management or comparable qualification.
• Many years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in HR controlling.
• Very good understanding of personnel cost structures, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers.
• Experience with HR systems, ERP solutions as well as BI and reporting tools.
• Confident handling of Excel and large data volumes.
• Ability to prepare complex issues clearly and communicate appropriately to the target audience.
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style as well as high initiative.
