NVIDIA Switzerland AG is seeking a Senior HPC and AI Network Software Architect to build the next generation of scalable AI infrastructure in Zürich. The role emphasizes distributed training, real-time inference, and memory-efficient communication across large systems.

You will design software and hardware approaches, shape platform evolution, and collaborate with researchers and engineers building software and hardware for AI at scale. This is an immediate start, permanent position in Zürich.

Qualifikationen

• PhD or equivalent in CS/engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in systems programming, parallel or distributed computing.
• Strong C++, Python, and GPU programming experience.
• Hands-on AI frameworks and high-throughput networking knowledge.
• Ability to reason across software stacks and hardware bottlenecks.

• Design scalable software architectures for distributed AI training and inference.
• Develop and evaluate high-performance communication and runtime libraries.
• Collaborate with AI framework teams and internal platform teams to optimize performance.
