Zusammenfassung

ABB’s Electrification division seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer to execute complex technology assignments and define technical specifications for UPS product lines. The role focuses on delivering robust power electronic solutions and rigorous documentation.

You will lead circuit design, simulations, and EMI mitigation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with IEC/UL standards while maintaining comprehensive documentation of systems and interfaces.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience with electrical systems and complex power electronic systems.
• Proven experience in digital and analog circuit design and simulation.
• Proven experience with EMI design, mitigation, and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of environmental, reliability, and safety requirements for industrial products.
• Familiarity with product regulations and industry standards, including IEC and UL.
• Proficiency in documentation systems, including ECNs and BOMs.
• Experience leading failure investigations and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Excellent command of English, written and verbal.
