• 2+ years of experience with electrical systems and complex power electronic systems

• Hands-on experience with EMI design, mitigation, and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of environmental, reliability, and safety requirements for industrial products
• Familiarity with product regulations and industry standards, including IEC and UL
• Proficiency in documentation systems, including Engineering Change Notifications (ECNs) and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Ability to work effectively within a complex, cross-functional organization
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
• For the Richmond location: valid US work authorization permitting work for ABB in the United States
