Threema, the privacy‑focused secure messenger, seeks a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own how we convert interest into customers and long‑term users. You’ll handle a privacy‑constrained funnel, set testing direction, run experiments, and scale what works, collaborating with engineers and external partners.

You’ll drive lifecycle marketing, measure CAC and payback, and improve conversion using first‑party data. A hands‑on, data‑driven role in Pfäffikon with flexible hours is offered.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years hands-on growth marketing experience with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of how marketing activity translates into business outcomes.
• Technical fluency in marketing tech and conversion measurement.
• AI literacy and practical leverage in marketing workflows.
• Experience with CAC, LTV, retention, cohort analysis and experimentation design.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English.

Aufgaben

• Continuously improve funnel conversion across the entire journey from first touch to paying customer.
• Design, run and evaluate experiments to lift conversion rates.
• Explore, validate and prioritise new growth measures across funnel and lifecycle.
• Drive build-out of martech stack with partner teams.
• Automate marketing processes to increase efficiency and speed.
• Keep end-to-end customer journey in view and improve it with data.
• Identify and implement growth hacks with quick impact.
• Mentor colleagues and share expertise as the team grows.
