A-Players is seeking a Senior Growth Designer in Switzerland to own the design of web funnels for paid acquisition. You will independently translate hypotheses into robust design solutions, challenge decisions where needed, and back choices with data.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in Growth/Product/Web design or related field.
• Strong understanding of funnels and conversion.
• English proficiency at least B1.

Aufgaben

• Design and iterate on web funnels (landing pages, quiz screens, paywalls) based on hypotheses and A/B tests.
• Build reusable visual components for internal funnel builder to speed up experimentation.
• Contribute to product screens, user flows, and UX beyond growth tasks.
• Collaborate with Growth, Acquisition, and Product; turn hypotheses into design solutions.
• Own and maintain design system and Figma hygiene; keep files organized and versioned.
• Join data-driven reviews; let funnel metrics guide design decisions.
